ヒールを履いてのスタジオウィーキング＆トレーニングレッスンです。
女性にとってヒールはときめかせてくれ、憧れのような特別な存在だと思います。このレッスンでは、ヒールを履いてウォーキングトレーニングをして、コアの筋肉を鍛えていきたいと思います！また、実はヒールを履いて普段のトレーニングをすることで負荷がよりかかりトレーニング効果が高まります♪

In this workshop we will learn the choreography for ‘Drama Queen’ and also briefly explain the basic steps of Bollywood dancing.
Bollywood dancing as a whole is composed of so many important factors, such as the use of core muscles, isolation of body parts, repetition, face expression, mimicking, hand movements and of course rhythm. These components are important aspects in order to better improve your stage appearance. By mastering these details your dance will become more elegant and energetic! 😃

Love Bollywood in Tokyoですが、先生とのご縁もありついにレギュラーレッスンを開催することにしました。昨年はパフォーマンスのための単発のワークショップが多かったのですが、今後は全体的なスキルアップのため筋トレやアイソレーションを含めた基礎ベースのレギュラーレッスンをやります。

普段は川崎で多くのチームを持っていて忙しいのですが、今回は特別に時間を作って頂きました。インドの古典バラタナティアムをベースとし、ボリウッド、セミクラシック多くのダンスを振り付け、教えています。日本では８年の経験があり、ダンスへの情熱が止まらない、魅力的な先生です！
She is so passionate for dancing and has lot of experiences. She is based on Indian classic dance Bharatanatyam and making many choreography about Bollywood, Semi classic and etc… She teaches dance 8 years in Japan.
