キムインスという体のプロフェッショナルセラピストが考案したストレッチなのですが、
効率的にみなさんの体を鍛えることができます！

大好きなボリウッドをもっとインド人のように、大胆に情熱的に踊るにはどうしたらいいんだろう？

This Training will make your body basic core muscles efficiency.
Be invented by Insook Kim who is a therapist and knows well about human’s body instructures .

At first, the lesson started for improving my dance skills.
How can I dance like Indians? How can I dance more passionate and enegetic?
When I stucked it, I asked to my friend, Insook Kim. She taught many things like a basic training and a way to do steps.
I got many good effect after starting a traiing: reduced my legs tiredness and became to like dance and any activities more than before.
I think Body Metenance is a one of a good inventment for your future!
Not only for a persong who likes dancing, also needs body training.
