今海外でも流行っているボリウッドエクササイズ！ボリウッドの音楽にのって楽しくエクササイズしましょう♪振り付けを覚えて踊るレギュラーレッスンと違い、その場で先生の動きを真似しながら踊るのでダンス経験があってもなくても楽しめる内容になっています。終わったときには汗と程よい疲労と爽快感でハッピーな気持ちに。今回は筋肉トレーニングも取り入れます。楽しく体を運動不足やストレスから解放しましょう！
Everyone – welcome to the beginning of a Bollywood fitness!
Bollywood is a manifestation of various dance styles coming together. With it’s roots in India, Bollywood has expanded across the globe and has many Latin and Afro influences while still maintaining the classical Indian dance moves. We have chosen to combine Fitness and Bollywood together because we believe everyone should have fun while working-out! 💪🏼
