インドのボリウッドダンスを知っていますか？

聞くだけで楽しくなっちゃう、インド映画のダンス！映画の男優、女優になりきって踊りましょう。ダンスの初心者でも大丈夫＾＾お一人でも、カップルでも、ご家族とでも参加できます。気軽に参加してね！

ボリウッドダンスとは？

インド映画に出てくる曲のダンスです！映画の曲だから楽しい曲からロマンチックなものまで。テクニックよりも映画のように音楽を楽しむことが大事なのでどんな方でも楽しく参加できます♪

場所：ちゃとれ　北谷町健康トレーニングセンター

沖縄県中頭群北谷町字美浜2

料金：1500円 (当日 2000円）

定員：15名

キャンセル料金はかかりませんが、定員があるので、ご都合が悪くなった場合はお早めにご連絡いただけると助かります！

持ち物：動きやすい服・水（インド服とかカラフルな服ある方を自由にきてきてね♪）

セミクラシックとは？
インドのクラシックステップをベースにしてボリウッドの音楽を踊ります。
モニカ先生は小さい頃からカタックやインドフォークを長く習ってきました。インドらしい振付が得意です。今回の課題曲「ディワリマスターニ」はバジラオマスターニという映画の音楽でとてもロマンチックなラブソングです。

Semi-Classic?
To dance Bollywood with Indian classic steps! This lesson’s teacher is Monika(Indian teacher) who learnt classic steps like an Indian folk or kathak …in India. Her choreography is including many Indian classic steps. The song, Deewani Mastani is a very romantic, beautiful and gorgeous song. Please feel free to join our lesson! Beginners are welcome.

ボリウッドとは、インドのポップ音楽で笑顔で大勢で踊るので有名です^^ 基本のステップと簡単な振り付けのあるダンスを教えます。これを機にインドの文化に触れてみませんか？笑顔で楽しく踊りましょう♪
このレッスンはレギュラーレッスンなので毎週やっていますが、ちょうど7/22から新しい曲が始まるので、これをきっかけに是非いらしてくださいね^^その前にいらしてももちろんOKです！

Bollywood is a Indian pop music. Smiling and dancing with many people. Very energetic dance! We will teach basic step and one choreography song. Please feel free to join us! Let’s dance together with smiling. This lesson is a regular lesson so we have a lesson every Saturday. New song will start from on 22th July. It may become good timing for you! And we will have a dance performace chance with this song.

※　We have a Yoga session for streaching your body before the lesson 😉 You can join if you like it. The price is 1000yen and it is start from 9:30 .
※　9:30からダンスの柔軟性をつけるヨガレッスンをやっているので、10:30からスタジオに入れます。ヨガも1000円で参加できます^^
