インド映画「ボリウッド」曲に合わせて楽しくエクササイズをしませんか？
インドならではのユニークな動きや、ボリウッドスターになりきれるポーズを取り入れています。
映画の曲にでてくるシグニチャーステップといわれるトレードマークのステップもたくさん出てきます。
音楽にのって体を動かしているだけで楽しい気分になってくるので、ダイエットにもストレス発散にも最適です。

マサラエクサとは？
インド在住のインド人インストラクターにより考えられたオリジナルフィットネスプログラムです。
インドらしい、ユニークな動きを取り入れたエクササイズでインド映画ボリウッドや南インド映画コリウッドの曲に合わせて動きます。
右や左を間違えても大丈夫。
リズムに乗れてなくても大丈夫。
楽しむことが一番です。
音楽に合わせて一緒に楽しみましょう！

Yu Hosaka（保坂優）
Love Bollywood in Tokyoとしてインドのイベント・ダンス教室主催に携わり、インドダンス歴は2022年で5年になります。
ボリウッド、バングラ、ガルバダンス、コリウッド、古典舞踊のカタックなどインドダンスを広く経験しています。
ZumbaインストラクターのBasicを取得しており、カラダメンテ養成スクールでピラティストレーナーアドバンスコースを修了しております。
解剖学視点での体へのアドバイスも得意としています。楽しく、確実に効果のあるエクササイズしていきましょう！

Masala Fitness is an original Indian fitness program that is here to energize you by simply moving your body.
Join us for a great time while exercising to Bollywood music.
We have unique Indian movements and poses that will make you feel like a Bollywood star.
You will also see many trademark steps called “signature steps” from the songs of famous Bollywood movies.
Just moving your body to the music will make you feel like you’re having fun, it’s perfect for dieting and relieving stress!

What is Masala Fitness?
It’s an original fitness program designed by an Indian instructor living in India.
The exercises incorporate the unique Indian style and are performed to the music of Bollywood movies and Southern Indian Kollywood movies.
It’s okay to miss or forget steps.
It’s okay if you don’t have rhythm or dance poorly.
The most important thing is to have fun.

About the Instructor
Yu Hosaka
She has been involved in organizing Indian events and dance classes as Love Bollywood in Tokyo, and has five years of Indian dance experience as of 2022.
She has extensive experience in Indian dance including Bollywood, Bhangra, Garba dance, Kollywood, and Kathak classical dance.
Shi is a certified Zumba Instructor Basic and has completed the Pilates Trainer Advanced Course at the Body Maintenance Training School.She also specializes in advising the body from an anatomical perspective. Let’s have fun doing exercises that are sure to be effective!
