インド映画「ボリウッド」曲に合わせて楽しくエクササイズをしませんか？
インドならではのユニークな動きや、映画の曲にでてくるシグニチャーステップといわれるトレードマークのステップもたくさん出てきます。バングラ、ガルバなどのインドダンスも楽しく取り入れています。
音楽にのって体を動かしているだけで楽しい気分になってくるので、ダイエットにもストレス発散にも最適！

動けてなくても大丈夫。
右や左を間違えても大丈夫。
リズムに乗れてなくても大丈夫。
楽しむことが一番です。
音楽に合わせて一緒に楽しみましょう！
