ボリウッドとは、インドのポップ音楽で笑顔で大勢で踊るので有名です^^ 基本のステップと簡単な振り付けのあるダンスを教えます。これを機にインドの文化に触れてみませんか？ 笑顔で楽しく踊りましょう♪
このレッスンはレギュラーレッスンなので毎週やっていますが、ちょうど7/22から新しい曲が始まるので、これをきっかけに是非いらしてくださいね^^その前にいらしてももちろんOKです！

Let’s dance Bollywood! インドのボリウッドを踊りましょう!
Bollywood is a Indian pop music. Smiling and dancing with many people. Very energetic dance! We will teach basic step and one choreography song. Please feel free to join us! Let’s dance together with smiling. This lesson is a regular lesson so we have a lesson every Saturday. New song will start from on 22th July. It may become good timing for you! And we will have a dance performace chance with this song.

She loves dancing, she learnt many type of dances in India : Classic, folk and Bollywood. She would like to extend an Indian culture in Japan! And she is really happy to see and talk to you.

ダンスが大好きでインドでは多くのダンスを習い教えて来ました。インドのクラシックやフォークダンス、ボリウッド。モニカはインドの文化を日本に広げることが楽しくて、みんなと話すのをいつも楽しみにしています^^

Time: every Saturday 10:40-11:50am (70mins)
時間：毎週土曜日 10:40-11:50am
※　We have a Yoga session for streaching your body before the lesson 😉 You can join if you like it. The price is 1000yen and it is start from 9:30 .
※　9:30からダンスの柔軟性をつけるヨガレッスンをやっているので、10:30からスタジオに入れます。ヨガも1000円で参加できます^^
